Wholesale Program Overview

Jermaine Living offers a wholesale program exclusively for qualified business customers. This wholesale program is separate from our retail store and does not apply to standard consumer purchases made through our website.

Retail customers shopping on jermaineliving.com are subject to our standard Shipping, Return, and Refund policies.

Eligibility for Wholesale Accounts

To be eligible for a wholesale account, applicants must operate:

• A registered physical retail store, or
• A legitimate online business with an established presence

All wholesale applications are reviewed to confirm business legitimacy. Jermaine Living reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion.

Wholesale Orders & Pricing

• Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale accounts
• All prices are listed in USD
• Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with retail discount codes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing
• Promotional retail pricing does not apply to wholesale orders

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Invoices may be provided upon request.

Shipping & Fulfillment (Wholesale Only)

Wholesale orders are shipped by our partner nursery in the United States, to addresses in the contiguous US only.

• Handling Time: 1–3 business days, shipping Monday to Wednesday (unless otherwise agreed)
• Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the wholesale customer
• Free shipping may be offered on select wholesale orders at Jermaine Living discretion

Bulk & B2B Orders

Jermaine Living accepts bulk orders for approved B2B and wholesale customers. Terms for large-volume orders may be governed by separate agreements.

Returns & Damaged Items (Wholesale)

Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• All items are inspected prior to shipment
• Any damaged or incorrect plants must be reported, with photographs, within 48 hours of delivery
• Please contact us before returning any wholesale order to receive instructions
