Our Plant Health Guarantee

Living plants do not carry a manufacturer's warranty, so we give you something more useful instead: a straightforward promise that the plant you receive is healthy, correctly identified, and the specimen you saw in the listing.

Every plant is covered for 30 days from delivery. Within that window, if the plant arrives damaged, turns out not to be what was listed, or fails to establish, we replace it or refund you in full — and you do not need to send the plant back.

Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the plant in its packaging, so we can claim it with the carrier. Email contact@jermaineliving.com with your order number.

Replacement Plants

Where a claim is approved and you would rather have a plant than a refund, we will send a replacement of the same variety and comparable size and quality. Because each listing is a single specimen, an identical plant is rarely available — we will always show you what we propose before shipping it.

If nothing suitable is in stock, we refund you in full rather than send you something you did not choose.

A replacement plant carries the same 30-day guarantee, counted from the day the replacement is delivered.

What the Guarantee Covers

• Damage sustained in transit
• A plant that is not the variety or specimen described
• Root rot or crown collapse present at the time of shipping
• Pests or disease present on arrival
• Failure to establish within 30 days under reasonable indoor care

It does not cover a plant that has been repotted into unsuitable soil and overwatered, kept in deep shade or direct midday sun, exposed to frost after delivery, or cut and propagated. Nor does it cover a variegated plant reverting to green, which is something these plants do naturally.

These exclusions apply to guarantee claims only. You can still return any plant for any reason within 30 days of delivery, free of charge, under our Return & Refund Policy.
